He has extensive knowledge and experience of corporate governance and wrote the Debt Relief section of a leading textbook on bankruptcy restrictions. Of his professional accomplishments, one is being a contributor to ‘Mithani: Directors’ Disqualification’, also known as the definitive work on the law relating to disqualification.
Collin is a recent MBA graduate specialising in leadership and organisational culture. He would like to contribute especially by helping to hone our strategy and better serve our clients. His experience spans IT, sales, healthcare and entrepreneurial exploits. Colliin has a keen interest in social consciousness with a focus on homelessness and sees Talking Money as having a social conscience with its mission towards improving lives.
Richard is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and has 30 years’ experience advising individuals and partnerships on insolvency solutions. It is excellent to have a solutions expert and Richard’s working experience helps the board appreciate the stresses and strains a client may have when facing money problems.
